About us

  Dr. Chimanji has been practicing Internal Medicine for nearly 50 years. Since opening NR Urgent care 20 years ago, he has developed strong personal and professional relationships with his patients at NR Urgent Care, helping them through various medical conditions.

Upon graduating from Grant Medical College in Mumbai, India, Dr. Chimanji practiced as a Primary Care and Emergency Room Physician for 10 years. He pursued further training and residency in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He worked as an ER Physician across the United States, and then decided to establish NR Urgent Care– an urgent care facility dedicated to helping patients that are struggling through his specializations in Skin Manifestations, Wounds and Injuries, Eyes, Ears, Nose, and Throat (ENT), and Infections and Inflammations.
